Litter & Waste is the first theme of the Green-Schools programme. The theme is a great starting point for encouraging a sense of personal pride and responsibility in tackling two visible issues in schools and communities.

The Green-Schools Programme definitely helped to raise awareness and promoted a sense of community. We have found that our school is a better, cleaner, greener environment because of the changes we have implemented.
